Our annual Helping Haiti Happy Hour charity fundraiser is our primary source of funding. It attracts more young professionals each year. Our happy hour consists of a two hour open bar, Silent Auction, Taste of Haiti, raffles and giveaways. This amazing "networking for a cause" event helps bring awareness to the Haitian people and culture.
This fall, along with our friends over at My Haiti Travels, we are heading to Haiti to hand deliver 300 4HNYC sponsored book bags filled with school supplies. If you're interested in seeing Haiti, meeting the students and making a difference, join us September 2017 for 4HNYC Goes to Haiti. Stay tuned for additional information.
4HNYC supporters and friends get together every summer to fill bookbags with schools supplies for the children in Haiti. This is a great volunteering opportunity that brings communities together. If you are interested in volunteering our next “Backpacks for Haiti” event, please send us an e-mail via firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
Unfortunately, Haiti is known to fall victim to natural disasters. As a result, we at 4HNYC have teamed with the Haitian American Caucus, L'union Suite, Jack Brewer Foundation, La Caye, McBride's Barbershop and Kafe Louverture in collecting toiletries, socks, batteries, canned goods & other essentials for the victims.
Together with a host of amazing influential Haitian brands and organizations, we host an annual Toy Drive where generous supporters, like you, bring joy to a child's face each Christmas. Donations help buy toys for the less fortunate children in Haiti. 100% of the proceeds go towards our goal of providing toys to 150 children. Unwrapped toys are gladly accepted, connect with us for more info.
All proceeds and charitable donations go towards the development of The Children of Haiti Project and their students.
